The ingredients of this product are soluble sodium salts in bile. Bile or bile calcium salt extracted (see bilirubin process) after the bile solution with hydrochloric acid precipitation of bile salts. The crude product was dissolved in alcohol and sodium hydroxide was added and filtered. Decolorization, concentration, drying to obtain the finished product. The pig bile solution after extraction of biliary calcium salt was cooled to room temperature, and 6mol/L of industrial hydrochloric acid was slowly added with stirring so that the pH was 3.0 to 3.5, I .e., bile salts were precipitated. The upper layer of acid water was removed, and the paste was vacuum dried to obtain crude bile acid salt. The crude bile acid salt was dissolved in 6 times about 90% alcohol, allowed to stand for 24h, and filtered. Sodium hydroxide solution was added to the filtrate to a pH of 9-10, and 1% -2% of activated carbon was added, and th was decolorized by reflux, and carbon was removed by filtration. The filtrate was evaporated to dryness in the form of paste, vacuum dried, ball milled and sieved to obtain sodium cholate finished product.

effect | bile acid is also an important signal molecule in addition to promoting fat-soluble food digestion. it plays a role in glucose and lipid metabolism by directly or indirectly activating the nuclear receptor farnicol x receptor (FXR) and membrane receptor g protein coupled bile acid receptor 5 (TGR5). Bile acids affect fat, glucose and energy metabolism by regulating certain genes. |
Biological activity | Sodium tauroglycocholate is an inhibitor of the bile acid transport system of liver cells, and is also a surfactant used as a chemical penetration accelerator. |
